Supply reserves the right to cancel an order due to computer processing
or human error. Inventory representations are accurate to the best of
our ability and knowledge, however all items are subject to prior sale.
We will notify you immediately if there will be a delay in processing
your order or if we are unable to fulfill your request.

Processing
Most orders
are processed within 24 hours of receipt pending credit card verification.
* Orders with next day shipping
will be processed the same day if received by 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
* Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following
Monday.
* We are not currently able to offer back ordering. If a product that
you have requested is out of stock we will notify you promptly via e-mail.
Shipping
and Handling
Our standard
shipping is UPS ground, but you may choose the shipping method that fits
your needs when placing your order. The cost is based on the weight of
your purchase, the destination (which is why we ask for your zip code
on the checkout page), and a UPS handling fee. We believe this to be the
most economical way to deliver your purchase. Please note that a signature
is required for all business and residential deliveries. Should you wish
to have your order shipped by Federal Express you must provide your own
Fed Ex account number.
Returns
* Unopened merchandise
may be returned for a store credit only if received within 10 days and accompanied
by original receipt.
* Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for postage
on returned items.
* Please call for an approval code prior to returning any merchandise.
You must write your approval code, original credit card number and expiration
date and telephone number on your receipt.
